HI I am new to this site and need advice . I am a new nurse been working as a new nurse now for 7 months at local large hospital. there has been problems where I am. first I excepted the postion with the shift of three 12's 7a-7pm and every 3rd weeke...

Thanks for all of your replies and advice I will continue to look elsewhere for a much better place to continue my nursing career. I know this is not the place I want to work.
