Here in Canada (Ontario) it is between $29 to $30 start not including shift differential. I think it also depends on what department you work (i.e ER, OR, Med/surg etc).

Hey man it takes practice, and not to worry, if they don't teach you in nursing school (which they should). you will learn it when your out in the field. Don't let something like this hold you back.
