I am not going to lie. I really wanted to work for cedars and I still do but as days pass by I feel there is less chance of getting hired. It's good to think of alternate plans if we get a denial email. But till the email I still have some hope left....

I am sure they look at multiple factors when deciding on who to hire. Education, GPA, how well interview was conducted, and our one page essay. Everyone has few more days to look forward to.
