I have a friend who is a traveler and she takes her dog with her. But it could be the agency just lets her.

Can anyone out there help me with suggestions on going from an LPN to a RN and someday becoming a charge nurse?

Thank you for the reply I will see if I can find something to help me remember. I'm just worried about falling back in the LPN role instead of the RN role.
