Bon Secours is in Richmond and offers both day and night classes in the Fall. Day classes are the only option for January starts.(At least that's how it was this year). They also say the program can be done on a part-time basis. I'm not familiar on how that works. I am a current student at Bon Secours and love it here!!! If you have a chance, go see the school and speak with them about their program. That way you can make an informed decision Good Luck

Hey Guys, I had orientation yesterday! I'm very excited. From what I understand, they only have day classes for the Jan 09 start. I will find out my schedule today, after I meet with my advisor. From what the other girls at my table said yesterday, they have Nursing 100 for their first class. The options were either Tues & Thursday.....or Tues &Wednesday. The Wednesday, Thursday class starts @ 7 am and goes until 10. The Tuesday classes are different. It looks like there is an hour long class, followed by a 3 hour block of time. Not quite sure how it works out. Lecture & Lab?? I'll let you know exactly when I find out. Class starts the first week in Jan. I also got my uniforms yesterday at orientation. My suggestion for those who are interested in the Bon Secours program, is to call and speak to someone, or even better, attend one of their upcomming information sessions. If anyone would like to exchange personal information....ie....personal email etc...please contact me and I can tell you the process I took to get here and will be happy to give you the information you need..as I get it!!! Congrats!! I also was accepted into school for Jan 09 start, for Bon Secours in Richmond. I have orientation on Dec 1st. I'm so excited!!

My orientation is December 1st with classes starting on Jan 5th.

I reread my acceptance letter and it said "days". I don't remember them asking if I wanted days or evening. Maybe they are just doing days for this class. I really don't remember. Maybe I said I wanted days on my application. LOL....so much stress, I really just don't remember. Anyways, I have my orientation on the 1st of December and my physical on the 2nd. Your friend did contact me, I forget her name. She contacted me on another thread from here. I'm really looking forward to starting in Jan. Thanks again for all your help and support!!! I found out my grade for 1st lab pract....75 ugggh......class average was 62. No such luck with extra credit. Congrats to those who did well!!! Have to ace lecture test tomorrow. We are using cats....hard to tell what the heck the teacher was pointing at...my cat looked soooo different from the ones she used...oh well....better grade next time...have a great week all...and happy studying:chuckle Mary

I too started A&PII on Sept. 25th. Our first Lab pract is this Thursday, Endo through Cardiovascular (Ch 17-20). Our first Lecture exam is Monday, same material. Good luck everyone :wink2: Mary
