Yes it is a good school in B.C. Even if it is a college, it offers Bachelor degree and lots of practicums. If you are not planning to do master's degree, it is a good school.

CNO said they will make exceptions to those who failed the October exam. Which means, you can still apply for the Feb exam. It waas like that for October exam as well. My application arrived CNO later than the due day, but they still accepted mine.

Cities around Toronto usually take one or two more days for the letter to go. Even within the same city, I got my ID letter one day later than my friend. So, you will believe your letter pretty soon too!

You can only know your score plus the passing mark if you fail the exam. The letter will tell you both scores.

That is strange. Regardless of the province, I have never heard that they sent out the exam application form by e-mail to people who failed. They include the exam application form with the result if the result is fail.
