    Until in the US with valid work or immigrant visa you can not apply for US SSN. Even once you have sorted Australia citizenship you still need to find employer in the US before flying to work

    Quebec require fluency in French. Ielts is ok for immigration but not Quebec. Also I do not think NCLEX is recognized by Quebec as they generally have their own exam different to the rest of Canada....
