I agree. I rechecked if for 4 TIMES and still getting the same Blood pressure. For me both diastolic and systolic blood pressure are out of range. I used the standard cuff for pedia. BTW the IVF was 5%Dextrose in 0.9 NAcl.

Saline lock is usually used for low risk client esp for those clients who doesn't need fluid replacement. As with your case, I think the medication must be administered in a slow manner or at the given specific time ( e.g antibiotic or heparin).

No u didn't! U said that u caught and stopped it before the client receive it. By that I COULD say that u shouldn't be freaked out coz for sure nothing will happen to your client.
