Watch for ads in the Union Leader. A lot of Nursing Homes offer LNA courses and then employment with them afterwards. Hope that helps!

I always wear gloves......drawing blood, starting IV's, even giving injections. It is our hospital's policy to wear gloves when giving injections, you could be fired if you were caught without them.

Could just be viral, I'd get a strep screen to be sure though. The ones I have seen in family practice and I-med, usually are viral. Do you sleep with central a/c or a fan directly on you? Could you have gotten really dry in the back of your throat?

Thank you, you made my day brighter. As hectic as things can become in the office, I always try to think of how my patient is feeling and what I can do to help calm their fears. Sometimes I find it's just an understanding hug. :)
