When you log-in to 'my account' it should take you to a screen that has your recent appointment history. In the bottom of that box, it will tell you whether or not your results are ready. If they are ready, it should prompt you to another screen that...

If you have registered with Pearson Vue before, and took your NCLEX there (as well as scheduled it on the site), you should be able to retrieve your results from their site. You would have to have a login/password as well.
