If a student does excellent in all theory classes, getting nothing below a "B"..but does not so hot in actual clinicals, but can fight their way through it....is that person really cut out to be a Nurse? Opinions?

There's one thing I am concerned about regarding clinicals: Diseases. Are you exposed to many different diseases during clinicals? Do they have students go into those patient rooms where a mask and gown are required, or do they protect student Nurses...

I really don't think it's "hard" for everyone. I know quite a few people who I do not consider to be very smart, and they graduated Nursing like it's nothing. It's weird.
