OK, it's been 2.5 years since I got my ASN. I've tried Med Surg and CCU. I'm starting to think that bedside nursing just isn't my thing. What other areas could I look into.

I'm thinking of giving Home Health a try. Can anyone in this area of nursing describe their job to me I'm wondering about hours, duties, a routine. Anything would be a help!

Sadly, I've seen more nurses behave this way than nursing students. When I was in school, everyone was so careful to follow all the rules. Now that I'm a nurse, it blows my mind how some of my co-workers behave when on-the-clock.
