    I work on a surgical unit and use the attached report sheet. A co-worker set it up and now, more than half of the staff use it. We double side copy so this covers up to eight patients. The space for meds is on night shift time Report Sheet Nights.doc

  9. Our hospital does not use the digital either, only manual and Dynamap machines. I prefer manual.
  10. A "Thank You" gift for a preceptor

    Our unit had two student nurse externs for the past two months. Their last night was Wednesday and they planned to cook for us as both RN's that precepted them worked that night. My extern also wrote me a very nice card; thoughtful and appreciated :)

  25. PDA Use during Clinical Rotation

    Epocrates has the option to pay a yearly fee or use the free version. The free version has less options but still all the meds.
