Anyone out there pulling chest tubes in post- CABG patient's. Our unit is looking at beginning to do this and we are looking for some help

I work with a nurse who wears Z-coils and loves them. She has been wearing for about a year now and swears by them. From what I gather, they were pretty pricey.
