hi, i'm a nurse graduate last 2006 and a june 2007 board passer. i have done some training at a local government hospital here, and that's pretty much about it with regards to my post graduate experience. its hard to find a nurse job in the hospitals...

i'm from batch 3 and we'll finish our 4-month training this friday. hurray! yesterday, we just had our interview to become probationary employees. ^_^

a lot of private hospitals do require that their nurse applicants are already IV therapists like medical city, asian hospital, etc. hope this helps

Try emailing them your resume but expect that their response would be as fast as the walk-in application. That would save you money from going to Manila, but the waiting time would be longer for you. :typing

2 people will interview you along with 4 other applicants. different question per applicant and a total of 10 questions each. i suggest that you review everything, you'll never know what question they will throw at you.

do you have to fly all the way to manila for the technical interview? you should expect questions about ms, pedia, psych, ob, prof ad, nursing management, research, funda. just scan through these topics and you'll be fine.

what did he tell you exactly? maybe they're already reached the quota of applicants that day that's why they didn't entertain you. my board rating is 81%.

it's not an exam, it's an interview regarding your basic nursing skills from all the nursing courses.
