    chances of being hired or to be on the training is slimmer bec. you do not have the necessary reuirements yet, they might tell you have it completed first or they will keep your file, but i doubt it....

    majority of our IMC pts are on vents which makes it harder to turn them when there is no cna to help us, we would have to wait for another rn which will take time bec they themselves were busy
