I did apply and I got a rejection letter from Pierce college. They have a waiting list and a lottery.

It looks like it's an automatic reply for Philippine-educated applicants.. they just look at the dates and voila...! Denied!

Can I ask when did he reapply? I have a friend who took the test January 2012 and he passed, but he confessed to me that his cases are not concurrent, he 'waited' a year before taking his NCLEX-RN, so he applied way back 2011. He's just worried that ...

i'm licensed in nevada and applying for reciprocity here, and submitted my credentials from cgfns-ces, still they mailed me that rejection letter yesterday. i am very frustrated right now. i wanna get a lawyer........

When did they write the letter Ma'am /Sir? I wanna ask for re-evaluation too. And emphasize that I had hospital duties concurrent with lectures like on OB wards and MS wards.. Why did they just based their evaluation on completion cases that they don...

went to pierce college for my application they say their ability to accept foreign nurse graduates is based on space availability and varies depending on the semester.

i emailed ventura college about foreign grads getting just 2 courses, this the reply:

Right, I saw on their website they are only accepting 40 students..I hope that is 40 regular students..and me will be an 'irregular' bec I only need 2 subjects. :))

really? in pierce college? click foreign rn policy and petition http://207.62.63.167/departments/nursing/subpage1.asp i'm gonna go there tomorrow to make sure....it's gonna be on fall..so it will take a lot of time..

Just the subjects I need, OB and MS. You can go to their website and have a specific section for Foreign Grads taking just additional courses.

Thanks for the suggestion, my family is in California, and relocating is expensive. My parents are advising me to just finish the course, bec CA BRN has a point too.
