New RN needs advice
I was nervous since it is not a ned surg floor I may not considered, I work 11-7, I'm the charge nurse, I can have up to 46 patients, The most I've had is 43 so far. I do my rounds 2x an evening.chart and give any timed treatments, dressing changes, splint care, as well as pass morning meds, monitor peg tube feeding and admiiste IV meds. Not too bad for th first 7 weeks practicing as an RN.

I need two people to respond to this question about nurses and attire.
I like printed scrubs better. White shows too many stains and yellows, the goal is to look clean, neat and profeessional.

I PASSED

failed nclex 3 times now need help
Relax as hard as that is you have to relax. Keep reminding yourself you have 6 hours to complete the exam read each question slowly so you know what its asking and don't panic. Know your meds and giveyouself at least 2 hours a day after work or 4 hours if you dont and practice practice practice questions. You made it through school you can do this too!!
