   I am a new grad too and I feel like 8 weeks is too short, especially if you are on med/surg.. I think you might want to let them know how you feel about it...they may be more flexible than you think.

   I am a new grad nurse in the OR and I started at $22.50 an hour, from what I am seeing this seems kind of low. I graduated on the deans list and have 5 weeks of OR experience via a summer elective. Anyone have any input on this?
