    If your patient is breathing at 10/min with a GCS of 8 ; you'll probably have to bag them. I would probably bag the person at 45/'min bc they are hyperventilating and going to faint

    Ya isn't that fun? They teach us all that junk just to NOT see it in person lol. I did an ortho rotation, it wasn't bad but you are 100% correct ab it being allllll about pain

    1-2 minutes is good unless they have crazy thin blood. i would think by the time you are done holding pressure and disposing of the old iv and stuff you should be
