Does anyone know of a good agency currently that does NICU travel with housing to So Cal? I was there for 3 years 8 years ago. I want to return. Hard time finding a decent agency that pays fair. Thanks for any input.

Trust me. I learned the hard way. Tenet is bad. They don't even try to treat you like you are a human being. There are so many hospitals in CA to choose from.

First place would be Northshore Medical in Miami. Next up the former Parkway. Northshore is a ghetto hospital, very poorly run. Particularly the Maternal/OB. Director is a tyrant, also ignorant of basic nursing concepts. Avoid anything Tenet.
