Mudwoman, I think what people would like to hear is a narrative of your experience. The details of your PCS's, what was assigned, the care plans, what you did and what you were told by the CE's-- that is what most people I've talked to find helpful....
No need to worry, go take the exam. The proof of license is never needed for any exam. The only time you need it is when you are enrolling and submitting your application, transcripts, etc... to the college's admissions office.
