@byblos747: you mentioned that an employer fr San Diego,CA is petitioning you. is the petition for H1B?

@JNC2010: when did CHC file your petition to USCIS?

@SgtMack: I heard it was re fee collection & not bcoz of stucked candidates. the latter is very possible coz Focus was one of the first affiliates CHC had here in the PI before the current ones.

@ SgtMack : what I heard early last year was it's CHC who filed against Focus. Maybe Focus had counter filed vs CHC.

@westmack: any news from CHC? have you asked them what's their plan re your visa which is expiring in two weeks?
