    mmutk, The medics did nothing...she was already clearly gone. The coroner's report came out in the paper this morning and he ruled that both victims died on impact.

    I have worked with my sister in a family practice clinic for the past 5 years. We are both LPNs. We treat each other as coworkers at work and it has never felt "weird".

    Yes, I know that mom's life is the priority. I just thought it was odd that the op stated that the doc didn't want to do MRI because of potential risk to the fetus. MRI doesn't emit radiation, so it should be less of a risk.
