    I know that St. Lukes only hires techs that already work there in the Er or ICU but on the floors they hire from outside the facility. They only hire once a year in the ER and I think this year they had 2 positions. Not sure about ICU.

    I work at St. lukes PRN and they only require that I put in 24 hours a month. They can be any day. As far as working there to get you in, that would probably be beneficial but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to get a job there after you graduate...
