    Our facility, CBRF, 21 beds. days- 2 Cna's ,2 nurses pm's - 3cna's, (1, 3-11 / 1, 3-9 / 1,4-8) noc- 1 cna doesn"t work out to bad at all. we're all med. cert. ,so not having a rn or lpn on pm's or noc is not a worry. They are just a pager call away...
