I would say try Cross Country. They are really good but low pay. Once you get and complete, you can venture out to other companies

You would love NY. Staffing ratios are not mandated as the west coast. The opportunity to learn is definitely there in NY. NY was my home state for ten years and it is the best nursing ever. I travel now.

John Hopkins is notorious for cancelling travel contracts. I did not get cancelled when I worked there but about 4 travel nurses were cancelled the same time that I started. And I know that someone got on about not talking about the " nurses attitude...

I think that you need to find a new recruiter or company. I worked at that hospital and the pay rate was about $33 /hr. And they pay for apartment, etc. I also work for CCTC
