    i find the 80/hr unbelievable as base pay possible i suppose if the nurse is a top pay and its overtime.i always thought the b+w was the highest paying hospital in boston .i guess not

    we do the same in my ed the only time i would do a second stick is if the iv doesn't draw well or you need a second set blood cultures .ie 2 sites.otherwise a ranbow off the iv
