Does anyone have any info on Kaplan's new online RN program? I've called there and they gave me VERY little info. I've very interested in it though.

Here in Iowa, I was taught one hour before and one hour after also. 30 minutes would be pretty tough in a nursing home setting with 35-40 residents during a med pass....plus accu checks and insulin injections. Better grab your rollerskates!

I live in Eastern Iowa and our area hospitals don't hire LPN's. Well, I guess the VA does, but's that it. It's LTC or clinics......

What part of Iowa are you moving back to? Around Iowa City, Muscatine and Davenport they use MA's a lot in clinics. Hope that helps!
