    12 hour shifts are the best way to go for me. If one has to work full time, then why not work only 3 days a week. I get really tired, but I do enjoy having many days off in a row.:)

    It depends on the working relationship with the Docs. Some, I feel comfortable with calling by their first names and some I don't. In the Critical Care Units, we usually call the M.D.s that we work with the most and know the best by first names.........
