Has anyone heard anything yet about acceptance/rejection letters???? I thought we would have had them by now...

No, it is a requirement to be in the accelerated program. The reason they started this program was to help out with the staffing needs at Tulane. It is a contract to work for two years.

I hope everyone gets in, but there is over 200 applicants for 50 spots:o I'm keeping my head up knowing, if I don't get in, I'll keep trying!!!!

They don't actually have anything on their website about it. You will need to call and inquire about the fast track program. The curriculum path they follow is the one for the RN to BSN.

I think that the individual in Raceland is talking about acceptance to the "regular" ASN program, not the accelerated program in NO. Man, talk about getting antsy!!! I am getting terrible about waiting, I want to pull my hair out. I am really hopi...

If you're wanting to do it in two semesters I would take A&P I, g&d, and Chemistry I...then next semester I would take A&P II, Chemistry II and Micro. BUT this will be a LOT of work. You can do it...but just be prepared to have your nos...

Quite honestly...I wouldn't. The class load is hard taking regular A&P classes, but it is highly doable. They probably strongly recommend the class b/c it means more money for the school....hehehe;) Maybe not...but I think it might be a wast...
