It probably had something to do w/ my grandmother always reminding everyone that nurses where about the only people who had steady jobs during the depression. Funny- there was even a nursing shortage back then.

I worked for Am. Healthways (It's now called "Healthways") for about 2 1/2 months in Columbia, MD. The physical working environment was wonderful- but the management is very poor- absolutely 0 respect for their employees and the nursing middle manage...
