   Our baby nurses start at $18.75 with no extra for certifications. I've been around a while and make $32.54 with no extra for certifications. Certifications are required to work in the area, not something one gets to earn extra money.

   The Doc's use the Wee Sight but it is expensive. I used to use the otoscope but it gets hot. I just dorsiflex the preemie's hand/wrist over the Transilluminator and the red light shine through it showing the veins/arteries like you would not believe...
