it took me 3 weeks to get a response back for an in person interview

she sent my video link pretty early on because I was reaching out to her first, I think I completed it in the second week of April and I just got the email for the in person interview today.. it might take sooner for others because when I followed up after the video interview a few weeks ago she told me they're only just getting started for august and it might take a while. looks like they're finally getting started

I haven't explored the linkedin page to see if it's on there, if not you can try to pm me and I can figure out how to reply privately LOL

I heard there's a high turnover rate at the cticu at manhasset, I'm kinda glad it's for MICU I feel like it will be well rounded but I have no complaints so far.. they only gave me 2 dates to choose from and it's in the first week of may thanks! keep us updated and if she doesn't reply in a timely manner I'd highly recommend calling, she's nice and gets busy sometimes

yup that's the one, I didn't look on the page personally because I got the contact from a friend but if the number is there then I'd reccomend calling.. my friend called her today and she sent the video link at the same time

I applied for the critical care at manhasset so did my classmate.. I think it's one recruiter for the northwell fellowships try to Google her and you'll find her info on linkedin, give her a call and email she's really nice.

Hi I honestly got it from a friend who was in the fellowship last year but her info is public! It won't let us post any identifying info here but you can Google "northwell critical care fellowship recruiter" and it's the first name on the linkedin result.. E.L

when I contacted the recruiter she sent me a video interview link and since then it says under consideration- but she told might take a good while before I hear anything back since they're just starting for the august fellowship

hi did they share the starting salary with you? since nys started pay transparency but the range is still so broad on northwells site, just wanted an idea, thanks!

thanks for sharing, how many people were in the panel? and do you know anyone who is in the interview process for august? since they asked me for a video interview already I hope I can interview in person and have an offer sooner than later, I'm about to get an offer from a different hospital and don't wanna refuse them until I can have some reassurance from this fellowship that I really want ?

You can take as much time to practice before hitting record so I would try to time my responses because once you hit record, you only have a 3 minute limit before it stops recording for you. If your answer is shorter you can click when to stop but there's only one chance. I answered the first 4 questions last night and took a break, gonna finish in a little bit (you have 48 hours to submit everything once you start answering the questions)

I asked for august since EL told me the April one starts Monday and it's closed I started the video I'll update when I finish, so far they asked about why you're interested in the specialty, a time you went above and beyond, a time there was an unhappy patient, a time you made a difficult decision, and what was your sickest patient diagnosis and interventions..
