How would you word a nursing diagnosis for obesity? I'm thinking about using knowledge deficient so my interventions can include teaching. Any other ideas?

I agree. Pharm is no biggie. You'll do WAY more learning about meds in your actual nursing classes and clinical preps.

We didn't have to learn this and I've never seen it in the hospital. I'm at a teaching hospital in CA so maybe they expect the MDs to be more with the times.
