DUI doesn't just apply to alcohol.. it's general for under the influence. Taking meds and driving when the meds say you can't drive doesn't excuse that you COULD be charged for DUI. I do have sympathy for her as it seems she had no one to back her up...

She's a fool for taking Adderall and driving with a child... like seriously..
