   If you do CES, you will most likely get deficient so probably do CVS, get registered @ NY then endorse your license for Texas.

   Yes as far all the threads I read it's possible. @Daniel actually did CES for NY first, passed NCLEX then applied for CVS NY. Cuz CGFNS would have your school paperwork, they won't need anything else....
