    My problem with 12's back to back is too much. If three 12' are req: for fulltime then what's left? 8's 5 days a week can be a real drain too. with only sat & Sun off. I guess I'm just getting too...

    I'm so sorry you have to go through this. When my Mom had a hip broken she gained some insight has to what I deal with everyday. I dont know why the CNA gets away with making a continent person...
