    LOL... true, I think what might be confusing is right now there are two different kinds of pending, ones that have the lottery tab still pending and those that haven't even had the lottery tab show up...

    Same here, I was marked complete last month but still pending. I emailed yesterday and was told they are working hard to update statuses and just be patient and keep checking back on my application...

    I was born and raised in Chowchilla.. it used to be a nice clean little town, but over the years has gotten run down my meth heads and gangs. We moved to Clovis about 6 years, my husband is from here....

    I actually like the way FCC does it, it gives everyone more of a opportunity to get into the program, as long as you qualify you should be able to get a chance, I wish WHC and COS would do the same...
