Hi all, I am looking for any and all recommendations for CNM schools ? Heres my story: I have been a nurse for about 3 years now and just recently started my dream job in labor and delivery. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. I am also currently in FNP (DNP track) school, online and part time. Everything has been going along fine and I am about 2 years into the program BUT starting in labor and delivery has brought back all sorts of old feelings I previously had about becoming a certified nurse midwife. I work with some truly amazing midwives at my hospital and they make me want to be them. I now know this is the only thing I want to do for the rest of my career. SO now I am in the pickle of figuring out what to do with school. I don't want to waste my time in FNP school but I also don't want to make a decision too quickly and regret it. I am looking for most likely online programs, either DNP or masters, with great reputations and that won't break the bank. I live in southern New Hampshire so I don't believe there are any programs close by... Any help, guidance, recommendations would be so appreciated, thanks! ?
