Decisions went out (at least for some specialties)...Just got an email that I was accepted to the Pediatric Acute Care Oncology specialty!

What is the scholarship essay supposed to touch on? The website just says to write an essay about why you should be considered for the scholarship...

How long after applying did you hear back about an interview? I applied early last week and haven't heard anything yet which worries me....I'm hoping they're just busy with reviewing lots of applications.
