Any idea what the difference is between 'under review' and 'under consideration'?

So this is what I have heard/read everywhere but I know for sure people have second interviews today at SM so not sure if it's a hard cutoff...

Think today the 25th is when they opened. I see basically all Socal options with positions. Just need to search 'RN Resident'.

Yea this was for a SM unit specifically. Regretting choosing to interview at SM rather than for the unit at RR now LOL

Are many units requiring second interviews? Curious how this works...apparently it's with a panel of nurses from the unit?

So I *think* what they do is maintain a sort of waitlist and as people decline offers they extend to additional people, again just speculation but sort of how it sounds to me from what I have read and heard in the past.

Im out, going to a different program, but def a wacky and frustrating system they have LOL

This is all so mysterious, it seems like for many programs they wait to send rejections far longer than they need to...

They are standard in their format, not sure why it says it depends... Its record once and done.

BRUTAL. Had connection issues and had the Q's restart part way through answering which threw me off big time. Think I bombed pretty seriously.

Honestly the babies are they way to go! I am sure in the future you can always do an LVN-RN program. Kids are way more rewarding (and challenging) than any career could ever be.
