Random question. Anyone get another 'forwarding to hiring manager' email yesterday?

Same. It means we weren't selected.

It's wild that there were like 4-5 people who got offers last day for previous Spring and seems like nothing today.

This is about to be the longest 5 hours ever LOL

Last cycle I think it was 3-4 weeks later that I got the official rejection

The waiting game is brutal but I think there is A LOT of variability on units and how they do things.

For those of us still waiting, hopefully this is our week! Sending all the vibes to everyone in the same boat.

Maybe a week? And then another week until the interview took place.

Panel interview with 8 nurses. A lot of the same questions all just behavioral stuff but more in depth.

So I think there are a few considerations, but ultimately, yes they have a finite amount of openings. Beyond this you have people from, potentially, all over the country applying which makes the applicant pool much bigger. Then there are UCLA nursing alumni, employees, etc. that also likely have some advantage. I think because it is such a desirable place to work due to location and the hospital and its reputation, it is just very difficult to land a new grad job there. But keep hope for an invite, it's not over yet!!

Don't think so but I wouldn't stress it too much. If/when they interview they tell you the unit and it's totally possible despite whatever you applied for you get an interview with another unit.

Not for all units. I had 2 interviews for one of the units. Basically all behavioral questions for both. First was with managers second was with panel of nurses from the unit. Other units I believe are just one interview though (I think the majority).

Has anyone gotten clinical questions in second interviews or so far just behavioral stuff?

I heard back from Float Pool which was second choice. Very curious if it's possible to have more than one second interview or if this means first choice is no longer on the table...

There are/were a TON of slots open so maybe there are more invites coming? Not sure how their process works...

Assuming everyone is 'under review' currently? Seems highly unlikely that interviews are next week given that it's Tuesday and no one has been scheduled yet no?
