I just had my interview with Neonatal track. It was similar format to the first interview. I was wondering if anyone here (any unit) has heard back from HR? any offers yet? any rejections? im so nervous now

so I noticed the thread for the Summer cohort isn't as active as the one for the Spring cohort. I wonder if that means less people have applied for Summer? or maybe some people already got jobs elsewhere?

yeah, I was hoping to hear back from PICU by now. but I have a feeling we might have to wait till next week to hear back from both. especially ED since they just announced that they gonna accept new grads.

has anyone heard anything from ED or PICU?

do you guys think that not having preceptorship in NICU puts people at disadvantage compared to those who had that experience? Just curious what you guys think?
