My HCA nurse recruiter said if you have worked more than 2 months in a hospital setting, or 4 months in a LTAC/Rehab setting, you will have too much work experience and we cannot consider you for the program. So COVID testing is totally fine

I need a job so bad ? HCA is my only option so I have to just wait on them. I’m contemplating on working outside of the hospital until I hear back. How crazy does it sound to work in a nursing home of some sort until then?

Did you reach out to your nurse recruiter about that? That happened with my interview but my nurse recruiter was able to reschedule it for later that day

Last I heard, they were planning on starting in July or August For the people who had their interviews with HCA, how long do you guys think it’ll take to hear back? Or have you guys already started hearing from them?

Yes, ER was canceled for me. I had 2 interviews lined up but they said they are only setting up 1 interview for everyone now

Did anyone's application status for HCA change to "completed"? Mine just changed yesterday. I think the previous status was "not hired" for the longest.
