I'm not aware of a wait list, but they do have an "alternate list." When people do not accept the admissions offer, space opens up and they contact alternates to offer them enrollment instead.

My science pre-req GPA is 3.33 and my TEAS was 90.7%, all sections were over 90% except the science which was 83%. My impression is they rank the applications by the numbers and offer admissions. It's convenient they are so quick with the turnaround....
