   Good question. Fairly certain but insure of amount. I'll guess I'd have to check with our recruiter or HR. Just wasn't sure how much more to ask for since I have prior experience in this specific hospital/department.

   Based on fact that it's the ED, which is more critical care than the floor and since I have experience there.

   Wondering what the consensus is on asking for a raise when transferring from med/surg to ER. Assoc RN with 10 + yrs exp, 3 of those in ER previously, all in same facility. Was charge in ER when left on medical leave, gone over a yr then started back...
