Just received an email from (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME). She says if you received an email from (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) with the orientation link, go ahead and start working on the modules.

(MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) sent an email re: clinical orientations. In the email she provided a link that will enroll you in the orientation modules in Canvas. So you will receive an email from the instructor responsible for supervising your clinicals.

I was assigned to WH on Sat. Did I read the message correctly...we weren't supposed to start working the modules, right? Did anyone else start the modules?

I saw that, but I thought she said not to complete any modules until we were assigned a group.

I'm confused about that too. I don't think we'll have access to courses in Canvas. I'm enrolled in 2 classes right now and I can see the Fall's classes are listed as "Future Courses," but I can't access them.

You should be receiving emails today re acceptance. I'm in for Transition, but they didn't indicate which campus and I'm not a resident.

I bet...even in-state is higher than usual. In-state is usually $111 per credit hour. NUR 1051 is a 9 credit class, but it's $1306 for that class alone?? Payment is due 7/30

I missed the first few minutes of the 12:30 meeting so I was worried that I missed hearing about the VSIM too. I guess when we get on Canvas in the morning I'll be able to see everything.

I'm not a PCT, but I worked with them while completing clinicals in my LPN program. I think the starting pay is about $13-$14 an hour. I don't have any experience with the Baycare hospitals in Polk County, but at Countryside Baycare in Clearwater, PC...

They provide a few different pathways, but the last requirement says you would need to take their course w/I 90 days if you don't have previous experience.

You don't have to take any classes. Just challenge the test. There are many free resources available. Are you wanting to work as a CNA while you're completing the RN program? Another alternative is getting a job as a tech at Baycare. Baycare doesn't ...

And after you complete the first 2 courses you can request to simultaneously take one BSN course at a time while completing the requirements for the RN program. That's why I decided to take Stats now.

I have, but I never took Statistics, which is required for the BSN. I'm taking that class now.
