   Yes it is all bs money making attempts. I believe my lawyer helped me just by having him & telling the evaluator I had legal counsel. Still waiting to see what his evaluation said & what the BON is going to do.

   yes I received a letter from the BON to see their approved Dr for an evaluation with a date set already. I was required to have my medical records sent to him, then I sent my pharmacy records, resume and the police report. He looked up my DUI fines....

   No I have not. I’m talking to 3 attorneys and they all said do not sign it. I haven’t received the contract yet. Thank you I appreciate your input! Yes I will find a way to pay for one. If I don’t I will regret not standing up for myself.

    Sorry to hear you are still being punished. We’re you in an assistance program? In PA the assistance program is PNAP. It is supposed to prevent any disciplinary action or public Mark on your license if you complete the program successfully.

    Thank you! I unfortunately I do not have my LPN. I was a CNA before I became a nurse. Great advice I’ll definitely have to look into whether I can fall back on my CNA. I appreciate any advice I’m losing my stuffing right now! Thank you again
