Hi, does anyone know how NICU unit is at LAC+USC??? There's not a lot of information out there so I am just trying to find out, how there culture is? what the pay rate? hows' management, how they support new grads, etc....any input I would appreciate it.

yes you need a BSN before the residency starts.

Hi, I am on the same boat, yesterday was exactly a week that I sent her back my answers. I have made multiple attempts to reach her over the phone and no answer, I have sent her 2 emails and no response, so I think I will stop and just continue to wait LOL

Hello has anyone heard from D4/D5 med surg unit? or any other med-surg units?

Hello fellow nurses quick question I received an email from a recruiter Monday afternoon, it was sort of a prescreen since it had questions such as "when are you obtaining your BSN..." "my 3 top units" etc. I sent her my responses but have not heard back after that. I even called her left VM and no response either. I see that others got a prescreen phone call, my question is did u get an email with the questions I listed and then you were scheduled for a phone screen? If so how long did it take for them to reply back? TIA
